Nature’s Patterns
One of the most simplest ways to feel better and clear out my energy is by going out into nature. I’m lucky to live near a creek where there are lots of beautiful birds; noisy cockatoos, warbling magpies, blue wrens and colourful rosellas. On the rare occasion I have also seen a kangaroo up ahead on the walking track and two deer that have quickly darted off when they heard my noisy footsteps.
One way to help yourself heal is by watching the patterns made on the surface of moving water and it’s also very pretty if there happens to be sunlight reflecting on the surface. By taking a video on your phone you can watch this another time when the weather is horrible or you just don’t have the time or energy to do this. Simply relax and imagine the patterns running over your body and it will help you feel calm.
The patterns that we find out in nature can help heal our mind and body. The wonderful creation of nature always amazes me.
